- 1/2 kg udang basah
- 2 sendok makan minyak
- 3 buah belimbing
Bumbu :
- 1/2 sendok makan gula
- 5 buah kemiri
- 1/2 sendok teh terasi
- 1 ons cabai merah
- 2 potong serai
Cara Memasak :
- Udang di cuci bersih dan dikuliti
- Bumbu-bumbu dihaluskan dan belimbing diiris halus
- Udang dan bumbu di aduk rata
- Bungkuslah dengan daun, kukus sebentar, kemudian di panggang sampai agak kering.
